JUNIOR SOUS CHEF at C.O.P.


C.O.P. means Collection of Produce and is the new project of Chef Elihay Berliner together with Haya Molcho. It focuses on the high quality of its products and the people behind them. It is an attempt to connect the communities of the rural producers, wine makers and farmers with the growing creative community of Vienna. C.O.P. is about storytelling, where products are introduced and served with low intervention. Fresh products and sustainability are what drives us and together with our very passionate suppliers, we create a culinary art gallery. No complex cuisine and no ceremonial service - C.O.P. stands for instinctive, honest cooking - a new form of dining experience.

Job requirements

For this experimental concept C.O.P, we are looking for a Junior Sous Chef (m/f/d) as of Mid April, 2022 for full time 40 h/w:


Your Job:

  • Contact- and sparring partner to the Head Chef and Sous Chef
  • Daily preparation work and lunch/ dinner service
  • Checking and storing incoming orders 
  • Produce ordering and inventory
  • Control of quality, service and hygiene standards


What you bring to the table:

  • Experience in a similar position
  • Good German and English skills (written and spoken)
  • Passion for gastronomy and quality produce
  • Awareness in social impact and sustainability
  • Reliability, trust worthiness, loyalty
  • Team player and socially competent
  • Ability to deal with conflict
  • Show flexibility
