Your Role:
As a Waiter/Waitress at C.O.P., you will play a key role in the entire dining experience of our guests. From the moment they step in, to the moment they leave, your interaction will shape their impression and experience. You'll manage your service station with autonomy, offering food and drink recommendations that resonate with our unique kitchen concept, and ensuring that every guest feels cared for and valued.

Your Job:

✦ Offering comprehensive customer care, from greeting to farewell.
✦ Managing your service station independently.

✦ Providing knowledgeable recommendations for food and drink.

✦ Serving and presenting our dishes and beverages with flair.

What you bring to the table:

✦ Proven experience in a similar waiter/waitress role.
✦ Fluent in both German and English.
✦ Enthusiasm and passion for our unique culinary concept.
✦ A strong understanding of social impact and sustainability in the hospitality sector.
✦ Reliable, trustworthy, and loyal in your approach.
✦ A natural team player with strong social skills.
✦ Ability to handle conflicts gracefully and with a positive attitude.
✦ Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
✦ Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
